This website is operated by CHMBRD. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms and policies referenced herein. 1. Order Fulfilment

  • All products are made to order, and production begins once payment has been confirmed.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before dispatch.

  • CHMBRD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud or unauthorised use is suspected.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes; however, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates provided are estimates only.

3. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure our product listings are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour, size, or print may occur due to screen display settings and production methods.

  • Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

4. Refunds, Returns & Australian Consumer Law

  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delays within the advised fulfilment period.

  • If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess your claim in line with your consumer rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including images, logos, designs, and written material—is the property of CHMBRD and protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information provided is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our [Privacy Policy] (link).

  • Transactions are securely processed via Shopify and its trusted payment gateways.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, our responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of the product, as applicable.
