Processing Times

All CHMBRD products are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and processing before your order is dispatched.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Delivery Times & Services

We ship all orders via Australia Post – Standard Parcel Service. Estimated delivery times (once dispatched) are:

  • NSW / ACT: 2–4 business days

  • VIC / QLD / SA: 3–6 business days

  • WA / NT / TAS: 5–9 business days

  • Remote areas: Please allow additional time

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.


Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on your location and order size.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your delivery via Australia Post Tracking.


International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within Australia.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, we are not liable for delays or loss caused by the postal service.
However, if your parcel is damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Liability & Consumer Rights

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, and your rights under this law are not limited by our shipping policy.
If your item arrives faulty or is significantly different from the listing, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.
